Chat system issues

The 1.2 oddities with the ingame chat dont seem to be fixed in 1.3.

1. When I hit Enter and then hit Enter again sending an empty message, an unnecessary like "All->GJC: " is displayed in the message box. An improvement would be to just ignore empty chat messages.

2. When I hit Esc to cancel a chat edit the "say:" box and the empty chat edit box remain on the screen which causes confusion because it looks like the chat edit is still active.

I keep seeing my teammates chat in RED, which is highly confusing and inapropriate in a team strat game.
