help me , i cannot instal patch 1.2 : message error

sorry for my bad english : i try to instal official patch 1.2 on bz 2 for install after FE. But patch 1.2 is not execut :always error message ( defaillance kernel 32 dll..........)    How can i make ?  is patch public beta 1.3 the same that 1.2 ?  Thanks everrybody to help me .....

Well, just from what I know:

-1.2 needs to be installed before FE

-Kernel 32 dll thingie?
sounds more like a windows problem. It could be that the installer causes a error in windows -> thus the error, but I think you should take a look at your windows install.

However, to be sure it isn't the installer, re-download and re-install.

And, no 1.3 is not the same as 1.2.  Forgotten Enemies is compatible with 1.2, but it is not compatible with 1.3.
