When you try to lock on to something with Multilock in MP the locks don't show up on the reticle like they should, a few appear then they vanish over and over untill you release the missiles, although the true locks are not lost while the reticle, "locks" dissappear over and over. This makes it hard to tell how many missiles are locked on.

And as for shot alternation whenever you use a shot alternating weapon in MP it does not show how many shots are being fired, if you aim at the ground you will notice that every so often a few, "extra" explosions appear. And when a vehicle is hit with a shot alternating weapon the health bar does not update for a second or two.

That only happens in MultiPlayer though.

Thats actually a really well spoted thing. I think one good way to show this is to get inside an ISDF guntower and shoot at the ground, you can see every so often you get an 'extra' shot for no apparent reason.

Looks like alternate fire hasnt been fixed fully.
