cant join multiplayer game

Hi i have just installed the 1.3 patch and if i try to join a multiplayer game it says conecting to server then it says server timeout. I have my router configured to forward all the ports needed and under pwd in the bz2 multiplayer screen on nearly all the games it says (V) Plz help  :?
