Where did "Scrpmine.odf" come from?

I see it in the 1.3 pak file, and found it inspirational for something needed in the BZ1 mod.  I'm looking to find out where it came from to give proper credit.

Everyone will want to know who to hate later...

It reminded me of Cmdr Wayne's "Drive In" DM map, very 'high concept'.

Now that I think about it, that mine would fit right into that map.
