APCs r evil

I keep getting this AV when I load that clean1 map or the map I was in the process of making from that clean map..

Why don't you try using the /nobodyhome command?  And for that, also why not use the most current bz2edit?

I looked at the AV more closely Looks like your having something screwy going on with tunnels.  Now I really suggest a /nobodyhome cleaning job done.

No, the map didn't have ANY tunnels anywhere, at the time I got started getting the AV I was working on water and adjusting terrain height. Doesn't matter anymore though. The problem was that somehow a shortcut to bz2edit got into the map's folder, when I deleted it the map worked fine again.
