can not rotate buildings or select units with `

I can not rotate buildings or select units with the `( tilde key ). any suggestions on how to make it work properly. It does show on the command screen in the options menu.

Which version you using?  Also, which language version?

I'm using pb3 on a fresh install of bz2. english version

You may have to hit esc, click on input then reload both keyboard and mouse.  If I reload on of the two, the other doesn't work so I reload the keyboard, followed by the mouse, then the keyboard again.
