Apon reflection maybe the Ai cons just got stuck and this negative setting has no affect at all on the ai scrap supply.  :|

This is wierd, all my previous aip expierience (1.2) revolves around how to make them harder to fight, now I have the opposite problem....
spose ill have to comment out some collect pool plans.
