I need some input about that graphics card.. Is it reallly worth it?

I'll be playing battlezone2, but also, other games like guild wars, BF games, ect..

What's the opinions about the specs of that carD?

nVidia GeForce 8500GT should be fine for BZ2, I think I ahve an 8600 or 8700

I would build my own with parts from Newegg.  That way, you *know* what you're getting and they have a very good RMA policy.

The video card should do what you want it to do, but you can always upgrade it later to something more modern.
