Two questions

1. Whats the difference between ping and lag?

2. How do i unban a player?

Ping is the time it takes for your packets to reach the other player
Lag has something to do with the processing time and packet loss (I forget what BZ2 exactly defines "lag" as)

If you used the /ban command, the player is only banned until you restart BZ2
If you put their IP on the permaban list, then you just take it off.

2. Use the /clearautobahns console command while in-game.  Oh, no, that's for GTA. 

/clearautobans is the one for BZ2.
