There's also the old (ca 2001) Ice Rhino's IA Map Reviews at http://www.planetbattlezone.com/teamshambler/

You'll probably need a Fileplanet login to get the maps (if the downloads still exists, not sure), but you can always enjoy his reviews of the maps (my name is referenced in one of the reviews).  Ice Rhino was a semi-regular at the Pandemic forum for a little bit for those who don't remember.
