help! no games showing and cant connect to the chat in BZII multi!

i see two games, and one advertisement. i also cant connect to BZII's chat thing. i get one line of white text and after that i get nout...

For the Chat thing, I think you may need a second set of ports open, but I forgot which.

The only reason why you dont see any other games is because none are up.
