The rave gun is in stock BZ2, if its the one im thinking about because i never played or liked BZ1...

Its a hidden crate in the BZ2 demo, and is a little easter egg for the game i think. you can find it in the .pak file.

or go into the editor and place 'aptech' into the map.

Does the insane rec have the BZ2 Rave in its armory?

Yes, BZC will bring back the BZ1 style gtech (Rave).

Yes the Rave is in the insane armory but won't go onto the walker or assault tank because they chaged it's status from assault to combat or vice versa, which ever makes it not work on the heavies.
