Actually that yellow font looks quite nice on the dark blue theme I am using. :)
If I had html tag access here I would craate a span to detail this, but:
* Making your text only appear when the users cursor is over it (perhaps CmptrWz can demonstrate since he has html access here :P ).

I'm sure Wiz could easily do some other special stuff with html to counterattack your defense :). Maybe mess up the table format.

Also, I like the pop up.. When I click the new button on recent posts it leads me to the last post of the topic when I last visited it. And usually the webpage still loads when it jumps to the post.. so it's off by quite a bit.. With the pop up, I have a chance to let the rest of the page load up then I press ok, and it goes to the post perfectly.

Now watch wiz make the popup lead somewhere else :P

Edit: the yellow font doesn't bother me either - I use the dark blue theme like OM
