Again, anything I do would be from Spirit Plumber's assets with her express permission.

Permissions must be attained from those who posses them, so, I will have to start anything BZTron like from either scratch or her assets (with her permission).

Do note, there are numerous arcade like addons and maps for BZ2 already, non of them are BZTron, and any future ones are also not BZTron, so if you see something in the future with green grid lines, you don't own the patent.

He again removes anything I have the advantage in and then MSNs me some garbage that a NEW mod is still steeling. He is having one hell of an Ego trip.

Oh btw, as the one to convert BZTRON I know something, there are less than 10 things from Sean actually IN BZTron, most of them just ODF value changes.

I would like written confirmation of a change of ownership of the mod.  It still belongs to spiritplumber.  You have no right to tell others what they can or cannot do with her stuff.  As long as N1 has her permission to continue, he is able to, whether you like it or not.  And learn how not to delete all posts that do not agree with your ideals.  You are neither God nor should you have the power to control what others do.

Aaaaaaaaaand we're done. There is no reason to be picking out individuals from a group and throwing rotten eggs at them. You don't need to prove you said something by pasting it here, we all trust each other at BZUniverse, right? The topic has turned into more of a "HEHE LOOK WHAT I SAID TO HIM, GIGGLE GIGGLE!" topic than anything else.

As far as BZ2MD, let me just throw in my two cents:

Stop TRYING to piss people off in public, take it to PMing. He is more likely to be a little more mature if he doesn't have an entire community watching him. He's pretty much the only one saying that BZTron is his, so that makes HIM wrong.

Someone can open this back up again if they want to, but I see no reason as it's just a bunch of spam anyway.

Hey, look, I opened it back up.

Points:

1 - Sean can't use PMs here OR on BZ2MD. Here because he is banned here. BZ2MD because he was abusing the privilege and so I took it away. Hard to take things to PM with him because of that. Besides, if his actions in PMs were any indication, having an entire community watching him is actually MORE likely to get him to act more mature.
2 - Sean is no longer a moderator on BZ2MD. If I missed someplace he is still a moderator, please let me know.
3 - If Sean does start deleting things again (I can't be arsed to check all the permissions to see if he or anyone else can delete their own posts or topics anywhere) I will now be able to get a complete record of the deleted items.

I didn't mean for this to become a "Look what I said to him". I should have quoted the entire threads he deleted to correctly display my intentions.

I emailed Spirit Plumber right when this started and have the OK to do whatever with BZTron (provided I tell her how it goes and ask for any help if I hit a snag). Since I have the original stand alone I have the pre-sean version (not that Sean did anything, all those 'new' feature videos were already in BZTron when I tried the stand alone, he just did some tile conversions of maps and threw them in IIRC). I am still going to give Sean time to do something as I have other projects to get to.

Sean still has PM abilities on my site, but I did remove him from any group with moderation control anywhere. The only group he is still in on my site is that for HE, which only has the special ability to upload to a specific gallery section.

Second, i agree with him that having the community poking holes might make him grow up a little. I now notice hes stopped his mod because of us apparently. I feel sorry about that, but it wasnt going anywhere anyway, and im now lead to believe it was someone elses work anywhoo, so i dont honestly care about that.

Just because no-one seems to listen to me, Sean tried to steal My assets before, and i decided after that i wouldnt release it. When he found out that, he DELIBERATELY caused lag in my well-established MPI game and shot me and his allies around. It pissed me off as it was my first real time on Multi (only a few months ago actually). That kind of behaviour puts people off coming into the game. Had i not known of the community and have a mod underway myself, i would have probably never used multi after that. I hoot you all not.

He needs to get a grip on reality. The BZU community is small, and therefore not so forgiving of these things i think.

EDIT: Dunno why i posted this as its evident i really dont give a **** about him and 'his' mod. if anyone thinks im trolling just delete it.

Actually, it is on Wz's server IIRC, and Wz helped set it up (hence his admin status), but it belongs to and is paid for by Fishbone.

I have admin rights for a number of reasons, including but not limited to fixing problems should they come up while Fishbone isn't around.

I considered the situation as it stood a problem. I fixed it.
