Sequix is may first map I think it turned out well for a 1st try.

ScarleTomato did a lot of work on the Guardians

Tell me what you think any advise is welcome.

o yay this was made in 1.3 ta5

idk if ta5 will change anything

Theres a few problems that need to be fixed...

Firstly, ALL map packs should extract to root directory. You should fix this because it makes people less inclined to install them...
Secondly, sequix is pointing to a text file to use as its image, which needs to be fixed.
Thirdly, you have thumbs.db files in youre zip. These NEED to be deleted.

They are hidden files, and they are a nightmare. STUPID windows again.

Windows also likes to create desktop.ini files, they need to be deleted to.

Except when you need them. They set folder icons and such.

TheJamsh

BZ2 reads them as duplicate files. Dead annoying

i was able to delete the thumbs.db
now how do i get so that when ppl extract it to their root it ends up in their 3rd party folder?

VSMIT

When you pack up the map, place them in a series of directories that look like this:
maps13\Missions\Multiplayer\3rdParty
Then pack up the top level folder, and it should place the maps in the correct place.
