Plot twists in bz1? Arkin's betrayal, creation of furies, golems, the entire moon landing, and that's pretty much it on the NSDF side... CCA is a little more cloudy, but I do know the last mission when no reinforcements come or the furies become evil in the last level that plot twists. I just had one flash by my memory but I'm sure SSuser could tell you this.

Oh yah, BIGGEST plot twist was on the Mars mission when you discover Cthonians, that shifts the entire focus. That may be more of a device than a twist though.
