offline bug trackers?

Anyone know of any free offline bug trackers. Something like mantis that i can use without integrating it into a webpage? Unless of course theres an easy way for me to use mantis offline?

A bug tracker is useless for 1 person. It is made for a team.

Excel's far better than notepad. (Or OpenOffice, if Excel's too $$$). Sorting, color-coding by state, etc.

Excel is a good idea (but is actually called 'Math' by OpenOffice)...

Ideally i wanted something mantis-like though.

Bugzilla (by Mozilla) might be useful. I don't use it myself so don't know what it's like. Similarly, you could also use Sunbird.
