What the hell file is that? Thats whats causing the problem, and that ISNT related to BZ2. I suspect this is something to do with your mouse maybe?

I use to use that a few months ago to sound like Kwest, it is a voice changer lol..
Try uninstalling it.
If it's causing problems with BZ2, I'm not so sure of its trustworthiness...
