not in 1.2. Gardians pick up pods just find.  Though you would just like to know..

I noticed it was really hard to get a gardian to take pods from a scion recycler, instead it deploys infront of the pods.  to get it to pod, i bascially pushed it.  I was thinking, do u think it would be better for pods to spawn beside the rec for a scion recycler.

with windows xp 2000 i could install 1.3 over 1.2 and it just run fine, but with vista that doesn't seem to work...i don't have my cd anymore and don't feel like going to the trouble of dl'ing it from a tur. (more trouble for me than u think)...so i was wondering if anymore would be able to give me a way to install directly over 1.2...1.3 seems to launch fine and play single fine, but when i try to enter games, it won't let me in...could this be the dupplicated assets, i don't know if that is possible since it won't let me into the shell...almost like it was a different version, even though it appears the same...only think i haven't tried is deleting the duplicated assets and installing 1.3 pb1 over 1.2 then installing 1.3 pb2 over 1.3 pb1...(which someone told me worked before)...

Give a pulse take to someone in gel...then comment if they are not effienct...

well, i'd have to say not true...it works in the other thinking direction, if you build less d, the other team will cut d to keep up the pace...if you take more time, you must make sure the other team isn't cutting d...if they are, you must put pressure on thier base, or face a more efficent team...Kronic proved this true, when he brought back and did the 1 turret and rush to arm hit base strat...cmders had to change there way of thinking...he wasn't doing any scrap manage for furture, just put it all on table for knocking out 2 or 3 turrets and hitting rec...

yea, for you that is probably a good decion...i didn't like the fighting between clans for along time and didn't join any cause of it...however clans do have their ups as well as their downs...i'd have to say the only down in the clan i am in is the slight agruements you get between some gel members and ppl from other clans...however, that isn't that bad, and for sure for all the ups i get...the training gel offers surpasses any i see from other clans (in my opinion)...

yea, but that could lose a game for ya...it really is surprizing some of the combacks in vet games where one team just built too much defense, while the other team cut defense to catch up and pass in the offense...i just beat -}GoD{-WeZ on the very same tactic...very close game, and very fun though...

which build do u like best spawn...
offensive:
power, fac, arm, bay...chian and las scouts... <--well rounded
defensive:
power, fac, bay, relay...pump out pulse tanks... <--mostly feild control and fighting...slower build process...

i am just asking in general...not very many ppl talk about the difference between these 2 main strats anymore...

no way spawn, in almost 8 years of gameplay i don't know how to cmd...  :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o

well, me and voodoo play pb2, and vets don't usually leave in middle of game and rejoin...

very well thought out za, i am very impressed (not cause it is a good answer on a simple problem, but) because the point of view taken at a positive thinking (even writen in an agitated tone :) )...that can make a big difference in cmding skillz...

yea...i try to play 1.3 every now and then, but games are usually passworded...not many 1.2 vets will host 1.3 games, cause they find it to be laggier than 1.2 vet strats...quote from {bac}Ego, "was a gg, cept for every ship goasted and everyone was unhittable.  You'd think 1.3 would be less laggy, but it isn't." When you have 8 vets (playing a 4v4) pushing the limits of physics, it doesn't play well...but the mpi's are 10x less lag free...so i like them....

keep up the good work 1.3 builders...i hope this patch gains real potential...

well...i don't know if anyone else has had this problem...but in 1.3 build 3 i was playing on quarry, and well...i was fall hovering from sky and hit the wall...well it didn't stop me, i went straight through the wall...i will try to do it again sometime and try to figue out at what angle i did this, but it was weird...that has never happened to me before in bz2...(well in buildings yes...but not the actual mounds of dirt...

FYI spawn...my windows won't run that zip program...If you do make a more stable gameprefs would you mind copying and pasting it on the boards dance...

wow, impressive...A very well developed problem with very well developed and thought out posts...

Turrents really are tricky ships, yet so useful even with their glitches...When you tell turrents to hold it seems to me that they target the closest "most agressive" target...such as a scout 70 m away vs a scav 30 m away (turrent will attack the scout)...

I can live with turrents targeting troubles mostly because i am use to them...
