Any help?
(I tried another map,Chill, and it worked fine, and what is the name of the other Bane map?)
IA: Fortress seems to work ok for me here. Maybe reinstall?

Loading a savegame? Some savegames are broken due to changes in the code.
I thought I would test MPI:Fortess with LAN setting for the above AV and was just about to level the CPU base when I got this instead.

I was floating with a hoverpack and had just suckered a AI sabre into the "toxic pit" on the top right of the map.
Part of the problem may be due to installing 1.3 over earlier versions of BZII. I found that others recommend that BZII be reinstalled to a new Directory under Program files/ In affect creating 2 separate installations of BZII on your PC. This seems particularly perferable if you also like playing BZII 1.2 or Frogotten Enemies missions. The process involves running Setup.exe from the BZII CD and installing the program in a new Directory of your naming; I named mine BZII. Then click on the 1.3 install program and change the Directory to your newly name folder. I also installed Natty's G66 ver. 2.0 and the Map Pack as well as the Sky Wars pack. Only bummer is that on some missions the console displays on-screen messages that require CTRL+~ to remove before the missions can continue.
Ribbet! Ribbet! :-D

Ok,tried again on Fortress, hooked up Dr. MingW and got:
bzone.exe caused an Unknown [0xE0000002] Exception at location 77e6d756 in module kernel32.dll.

But on bz2edit the IgnoreSync is replaced with "ImDedicatedServer(void)"
But on both it complains about "water dimensions do not match ground dimensions",or something of that sort.
Fortress seems to be working for others. Did you try reinstalling?
-- GSH
OM, do you have NoK's dedicated server installed in the same directory? If so, make a fresh install. Check your shortcut too.
Meh?
Oh, not me... n/m...
Heh. Never saw the similarity before.
I can't reinstall at the moment,bz2 cd is too scratched,I'll see if I can find one of my back-ups...
P.S.
Whould pb2 have problems installing over pb1?
Sorry, some people call me OM, some Over, some ODL1, it used to be standerdized on ODL1 long ago, but its so varied anymore. :)
Dev: Make a backup and give it a try, no garruntees, but couldn't hurt.
