Overdrive Terminal / Modified Zune Theme
May 03, 2009, 01:01:30 PM
I talked to Nielk over Xfire and he helped me out

First off, In the topic called "Post Your Desktop" Nielk posted his desktop, A few people asked where he got his theme from, Well here's the awnswer

With 9 new colors for the theme and tons of other fun stuff, Here it is.

How to install theme:

1) Google "UXTheme Multi-Patcher 6.0" and download it from Softpedia.com

2) Run the exe, have your Windows Setup Disk handy. Let it install, when it says to insert your Windows Setup Disk, Do so.

3) Restart Your Computer As Instructed.

4) Next, Download the theme Here    http://www.skinbase.org/rate.php?skins=38166

5) Extract the folder called Zune To your desktop

6) Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes     Im going to assume your boot drive is C:\

7) Move the Zune Folder Into C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes

8) Open Display Properties, Open "Themes" Tab, and set it to your liking, Enjoy.

Overdrive Terminal / Useful Mozilla Firefox Addons
April 25, 2009, 06:53:07 PM
For those of you who use Mozilla Firefox, there are some very useful add ons I use/like a lot.

First, Let's start out with a base picture of my Firefox

As you can see, I have a modified theme of firefox, as well as modified google page. Ill get into that later. for now, let's go over my most cherished Firefox Add ons:

Im sorry but I am currently not providing links to each of them Just search them Via this page. I am currently to lazy to post them individually

Search for the Add ons here

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/

ADD ONS:

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

AdBlockPlus:

The name really kind of says it, it's an adblocker, all ads i have ever seen in my life have never been seen again, They are eyesores and also It increases page loading times as it modifys what Firefox loads from what websites and what it doesn't, It's a trusted and recomended application Via Mozilla. There is also a small addon that allows blocking of text advertisements, but i don't ever see any of these. For that addon, Search Adblockplus

GreaseMokey/Greasefire

Both of these are well made when put together and have good uses, Greasemonkey is a script user allow addon, that bascially in the bottom right hand corner of my firefox there is a nice button of a monkey, if you right click on this, you will find user scrpts made by millions of people who made a script. They are all safe and tested with everyversion of firefox. Theses scripts allow you to change sorts or stuff the way you want. you can even create your own.

Download Statusbar
This really is useful, When you go to open a download it just pops up on the lower toolbar of firefox, is useful for those who don't want to have that annoying downloads window, and also it shows more info like upload/downloadspeed in kb/s and ETA and % complete, It's a great little thing.

Firedownload
This little addon is great, it speeds up your downloads via Multi-source downloading, my connection is rather slowh so this helps me a ton when im looking to download BZII files and the sort

Fission
This one really is great, instead of down in the conrner when it's loading it'd be a small little thing and it'd say transfering from, Well, now it's in the address bar such as some of the other browsers (I forget the name)
This one is great, and it looks amazing with my theme that i will show later

Stylish
This one is awesome, and it's great for all those who are tired of the plain and old. This addon allows you to change the way the webpages look, without even having to referesh the page (this is how I got the silver google logo and the gray background) Millions of people have made styles for each page and all you have to do is select the one you want! It's easy and fast.

Get Themes the same way, by searching for Add ons Via this page

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/

THEMES:
Aero Fox: this is the only one i use at the moment and I like, it can be seen in the image above It changes just about everything in firefox to look a ton better. I enjoy having this little buddy, and it looks great.

Extra: To retrive the Silver Google logo and the gray background, follow these steps

YOU MUST HAVE STYLISH INSTALLED:

1: Go to google (http://www.google.com/)

2: Click on the Stylish button in the bottom right corner

3: Click "Find Styles for this Page"

4: Click on the link that says "Google Search- Dark Grey UK,Aus&NZ, Canada, India." And scroll down, Click "Load Into Stylish"

5: repeat steps 1-3

6: Click on the link that says "Google Web Search - gray logo replacement (vC)" And scroll down, Click "Load Into Stylish"

And there you go, You have the new google, There are other themes, but this one is my favorite because it's easy on the eyes

I know that there are countless grammar mistakes, Deal with it.

If anyone has useful Mozilla Firefox addons that they use and would like to share, Feel free to post in the topic, I'd like to get some discussion going!

Although it might not grab the whole world
and i hope it does

Metal drift seems to be quite promising, Im not one to ruin anything, so ima just put a link.

It looks good, and people are mentioning that it seems close to bzII I have made a few comments on it noting that BZII is still alive and directing them to this site. Hopefully we will see an active community in both games form from here on out. I am hopeful to see another great hybrid rise

First off
I found no help section and i was a little frustrated.

Second off

Does anyone know some simple console commands (~+ctrl) such as the one to say to all, Or to say to teams, Or how to even bind those in-game, So you can bind a button to say something?

I have tried a few things i can think of, But I'm not familiar with the bz2 console. Any help?
