Whenever you are in a ship shooting a continuous weapon like Minigun and you pick up another weapon as you are shooting, the sound of the previous weapon loops endlessly.
I was able to duplicate this rather easily. I was also able to get out of it by reloading the weapon that was in before and firing it. Should be fixed though.
