Do you need a special program or something?
I have done the whole script.start.record, but does it record??
If so, where is the save directory?
That is to record unit movements and such for use in mission scripts.
How would someone do that anyway, sounds a hand thing to know...
didnt know you could do that...
@ hurricane, you can either learn to use the .dll scriptor, but with little modding knowledge it will probably be a challenge.
alternatively, download FRAPS.
FRAPS?
http://www.fraps.com/
lol, that was easy
No Problem. ;)
From the command line:
/record [fileName] record a session
/playback [fileName] play back a session
/nochunks disable chunks (e.g. during playback)
/benchmark run recorded session using a fixed clock (one tick per frame)
fraps is 30 seconds.

Unless you actually fork up the small amount of cash to buy it.
I use fraps all the time for recording in game videos. It works great.
Dia
has a huge hit on framerate though, unless you have a wacking great CPU speed.
All the QF videos were recorded with fraps.
