I used to like Maplestory, but then it went to hell when they brought in the NXCash system, which allowed people to buy the right to spam every single frikkin person on the server. That, and the Wedding system, which would spam the chatbox server-wide with "____'s and _____'s wedding will start in ____ at ____" every other frikkin second...
I've seen Runescape, dont like how it looks (half-assed), although an actual player may set me straight on this.
Other than that and a few lowsy others, I havent really tried any "good" ones.

It now has what they call 'HD'. It is based on the limits of java, so Runescape classic, back when I started to play, looks god awful.

Couldnt they have at least done SOMETHING with the fight animations? I mean, if you can animate something, you can make it look a bit less lame than what they have (lazy whacking).
I am strongly against MMOs, alot of them are more like fads than they are games.
I perfer the $10 videogame that has been given awards than the software that xfire feels is their job to flood their website with it's advertisement.

And i do kinda agree about the fads thing.
Do you think we will use virtual reality with gloves that one use in nasa.In one day,we start to feel almost real world in touch you know what i mean for example,You and other online players play boxing or football or baseball.It will punch or push or shove at you like invisible online friends sit right beside you.

I believe there is answer somewhere in inventor homepage.I remember japanese man claim it can gives you light shock stun. :evil: This stun shock dont affect your body or brain damage.I will find out it late this week or so. :-D

I tried Second life and thought it sucked. I saw someone playing Runescape and thought it was silly. I don't have a favorite free online game, but I recommend DXBall2 or RivalBall as a free game from the internet. Truly fantastic game. Sometimes you'll have guns blazing with like eight balls bouncing and stuff blowing up everywhere, it's very fast sometimes.

Tried second life 2, couldn't bring myself to actually enter my account details... built a nice shed! but couldn't make it fly...Figured out that it seemed to be impossible to dl any objects you make in it to your own pc and got sick of watching ordinary graphics slowly appearing as they are dled to your pc again and again, Capitalistic waste of bandwidth.

i think its been changed alot since i played, but when i played it, it was pretty fun

Been playing a bit of Tribes 2 which was recently released free for download. Well, the multiplayer part of it, that is. It kind of reminds me of battlezone with its greater emphasis on moving through 3D space than most FPS.
