Why would you want to random the number for lotto? Its take you to acheive beat the odd number for very long time!Well,I almost won 12 million dollars back in 1987.The 5 of 6 number matched it but last number say 6,the newspaper said 5.Its very very close number to win it. and got 284 dollars. There were like 3 winners shared 2nd place prize super 7!I use my custom method not on random number.I studied the number trace from begin to next.I noticed there is something missing numbers and i put it up my numbers on paper and bought one buck Super 7 lotto ticket. That lotto is no longer for now change to new lotto super 6.I believe in magic 7 or triangle 7>super 7,1987,7 yrs since graduated from high school<.Its my best experince in my life in the year of 1987.

That randomizer link above does not appear to be using the QRNG card, hence it is not random, it uses a pseudo-random generation function.

If you want TRUE random (the currently only known source of true randomness that is in current knowledge), you can either buy a QRNG (Quantum Random Number Generator) card so you computer can generate true random for you (the Quantis card (http://www.idquantique.com/products/quantis.htm) seems to be the cheapest out).  If you just want to use a site that can generate true random numbers based off of QRNG hardware, then http://www.randomnumbers.info/ (http://www.randomnumbers.info/) is a good site for that.  There is also an online QRNG service that allows you to make programs that grab the numbers from their servers as necessary at http://random.irb.hr/ (http://random.irb.hr/).

And yea, you have a better chance at getting struck by lightning twice in your life then winning the lottery once.

Unless of course you have inside info on the lottery numbers, or you stand next to an active tesla coil.  :-P

Ok im not sure how to use http://www.randomnumbers.info/ so i could use a little help.

Say i wanted to do all random number combinations say like  0 to 9 as many randomizations as possible until there werent any left.  How would i do that with that link?

For the "Between 0 and" question, put 9.
What do you mean "until there werent any left"?  Random, unlimited, there is always an infinite more...
Put how many randomizations you want on the first box.
