I have noticed this over the few years I have been playing F.E.
Sometimes during an Instant Action game in random places on the map there will be smoke and electric bolts (which I assume represents short circuting or cut wires or something) coming of of nowhere! It will just be floating in air and sparks will shoot from it and stuff. What is the cause of this?
That is when effects sometimes lose the position where they are supposed to be, and are instead randered at the position 0,0,0 which is usually in the centre of the map.
It has been fixed in pb4a and later...
