It looks rather clean to me. If you are continuing to experience problems with slowdowns and mysterious HDD usage, then its best to get a rootkit remover. These programs will find things that a good rootkit can hide from the kernel.

Typically though, if you're manually removing spyware/trojans, the best thing to do is of course run a conventional malware scan using a program such as ad-aware, which will clean up the remnants. Then perform an 'immunize' using spybot S&D, then ensure that you are taking proper security precautions (ie: using an alternative internet browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, ensuring windows update is running, ensuring that a program such as Winpatrol (freeware) is set to notify of any suspicious changes to your startup, and ensuring you have adequate firewall and passive antivirus protection)

Ok the biggest mistake i see already is that you have an old version of hijackthis. That version is outdated and the newest version is in my signature.

What I usually do with any hijack this log is go through it.  If I see anything I don't recognize, I Google it, and that usually tells me whether it's safe or not.

Sometimes or in most cases i do the same thing but as for that log currently which as i stated is a old version of hijackthis you can fix the following entries no doubt about it.
