after this you can't rebuild what it hit becous of the scar left in its wake.
yes this is a frame killer but I am fixing that besides all nukes are frame killers.

2. its always makes a new scar on the map some holes some spikes.
3. you have to build around the scars after its over.
4. the Scars last the rest of the game it was used in.
