This is going to sound silly, but when I host on Gamespy, I get those two "Received packet #" messages letting me know I have port forwarding enabled correctly. The second one tells me I can turn those messages off via gameprefs.ini, but I cannot find the option. Does anyone know what the name of this option is?

// How many game info queries received that are logged to the
// console/chatbox, per session. This is useful to see if others can
// see your session online. Set to 0 to disable this, or set to a
// really big # to make permanent.
NumGameQueriesLoggedPerSession = 2

Thank You! I kept passing that option thinking it was dealing with how many queries to send out looking for games.
