Normally I never get all excited from a tech demo. They're jut neat, is all.

But now, CryEngine 3 has a video demonstrating some of the quirks and whatnot.

What kind of billion-dollar quantum supercomputer would you need to run that?
Others would merely say it was good humour.

Apparently they super-optimized it; it can run on 360 and Ps3 as a result.

Pretty damn good :), between that and Unreal Engine i dont see how gaming graphics/physics could actually GET any better... what comes next?

Of course what they fail to tell you in that video is that its also running on a super-optimised PC... i highly doubt most PC's can run that level of detail in real time.

I could see a Battlezone remake in that engine!!
