modlog?

Has a modlog been written/in the process of being written?
You know like that great one that was for pb2, I think Commando wrote them

I'd like to know about some stuff, eg the apparent turreted hover tank and such

I have an updated modlog which has a few more files and briefly mentions the new classes.  There is one feature I intentionally left out TrackedVehicleClass::use13treads, as that feature does not work as expected.
