Having problems with MM5

I can't seem to get it to read the Public Beta 1.3 patch mods and I am using Win XP, How do I enable it it to read the 
PB patches in Win XP ?

what?? no just open bz2 with mm5 and it will be the 1.3 pb3 patch (assuming you have the patch installed)

I have all three patches installed bigbadbogie  but somehow I get MM5 has disabled the 1.3 options on each install and it won't read the 1.3 patches at all why is thi? as I can get it working on Windows ME? I am using Windows XP

Pb 3 just requires original bz2 and the pb3 patch, do not load the others on the same install.

You have done the add/remove directory in mm5?
and selected the 1.3pb3 option after that?

where do I select the1.3 pb 3 patch option then mrtwosheds  actually I might have copied BZII patch 1.2 folders

After you have added the bz1.3 directory in bz2directory menu,
You must enter it again and select bz1.3.

Patching 1.2 with 1.3 is NOT recommended.

It *should* still work fine, just not recommended (hence the word *should* and not *will*).

Yes well OvermindL1 I am not getting it to work jut keeps reading the 1.2 patch and the orginal BZ 2 without the patch

1. install bz2 from the disc
2. install the 1.3 pb3 patch
3. run mm5

ITS THAT SIMPLE!!!
