The directory is good.
I'll try the sp2 install and see where that leads me.

Both entries?  Start in: and Target?  What happens is it's trying to start the exe pointed to by target:, but the Start in: points to a different install that has a different bzone.sym than the one that goes with the one in the target folder.
What box???
