Screen freezes on Go6600

  please help me!!!
i've got geforce go6600 256 mb w 2gig ram,pentium M 1.86ghz
at first all goes good, after some time the fps starts dropping from 59-60 to 18-16, then the screen freezes but the sound is still running!
i've tried lowering settings, acceleration, drivers, but none worked.i even tried the 1.3pb4 patch which makes it last a little longer before the freeze!

log file says that unable to render scene cuz low memory but 256mb vram and 2gig sys ram is enough for bz2!

:cry:i even tried old 2005  5x.xx drivers that came with the notebook recovery disk but it didn't work!

rolled back vga driver!!!

Btw, complain on the nVidia forums about these bugs. I'd be really dang surprised if they paid any attention to things here. Only making a stink in their back yard will make them take notice.
