I was finishing up a game of MPI, I had just sent several Hammer Missiles from my base to the enemy's base (vehicle class laucnhed by an armory class, explodes on impact). 3 had successfully hit, there were 2 more in the air, and my two bombers coming at the base to clean it all up.

Then this happened:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime

The application caused the Runtime to close in a fatal way. (something like that, cant copypaste dialogs stupidly enough)

I hit ok, then the AV screen popped up with:

Any ideas?

GENERAL MANSON*

That same av happened with the qf mod or close to it on one of the missions.

Steeveeo

Actually, Im told its something new. N1 says its just the emergency endgame cleanup or something, but its not the same dlfree error as QFmod.

I am kind of wondering whether those dlfree errors are just BZ2's overloaded memory freeing function, and actually have nothing to do with dynamic libraries, if so it would kind of seem like the app was compiled with different code generation memory models in different parts.  I cannot really tell without looking closer though, just familiar to errors like that, that I have seen before...

Yeah, the last 2 lines looks like things running cause BZ2 already crashed and it has to die.
