I was going to play a game online with some friends using one of the recycler variants from the MRV pack, but whenever I do, I get this....

Well that's odd.

Does it do this without MRVP?
If with MRVP is it always the same particular rec?
Is it just that map?

I have never seen that stack trace before, but from the looks of it, it is crashing while trying to load the terrain of a map, sounds like something is corrupted, either a code page of that section, or the maps, try deleting the game in-full and reinstalling, perhaps md5 hash compare with someone else's fresh install too.

In IRC you said it was only with my rec pack, but with every rec. Perhaps you should re-DL and install MRVP.
