blips in instant games

tonight i was playing bog standard PB4a and was acheiving 75fps average in my instant game with the GH recy variant.

however the gameplay is not very smooth as the FPS suggests. every second or so, i get a small 'blip' or tiny freeze  that is incredibly irritating!

strangely enough, this DOESNT happen when i load my mods custom .cfg file.

Blips or stuttering!? That's EXACTLY what I had! Thank you!

Someone told me to add "aipLogging = false" into localprefs_bzone.ini and localprefs.ini and it solved my problem.

thats it it was stuttering every second or so...

and you know... i had no AIP's running in my mod... ill try that out. trouble is sometimes i DONT get the stuttering and the FPS drops to 30-40 again. are there plans to fix these bugs or anything?
