if turned aipLogging = false in localize.ini (and the other two localize files)

and yet i still get screen jumps every second or so. i KNOW its AIP related through trial and error.

Feared_1 said he was having the same problem.

although turning aipLogging off helped, there is still noticeable stutter. it makes a 75fps game look more like 20 fps. and its starting to drive me insane. can someone PLEASE fix this before i go nuts?!?

Aip's/mpi can cause problems but they seem to work ok to me.

Try this:

Load up BZ2. When it opens, log in to the main menu. From there, log out and quit. Restart BZ2 and play.

That used to work for me. I don't know why, but it did.

For clarification, it's LocalPrefs.ini and Localprefs_bzone (localprefs_bz2edit.ini if using the Editor) where aiplogging = true/false is located.

Gameprefs.ini is read-only and editing it will give you bad assets when trying to join.

I don't get the stuttering with and without aiplogging enabled.

And, before you go nuts?  Thought you were already there...  :-P
What box???
