Yes, data.pak and bzone.exe, though you can override that by specifying a specific commandline to the installer -- see the readme. All it checks for is the existence of those two files -- you can "create" them w/ notepad & "save as."

Basically, if bzone.exe and data.pak aren't already present, then that's really not a valid install.
