proxy internet manager

i was wondering if it is possible for some 1 to make a internet manger that opens IE and firefox with its own proxy settings, normal internet proxy settings is best (settings most people use at home). Also when it opens firefox or IE the window closes and hides it's self. It's to get through internet blocks at school and stuff like that. It also can't be a install program it has to be portable an unzippable anywere. If any1 knows of a program that does this (NOT ULTRASURF it doesnt work good) or know some 1 who can make 1 can you tell me pleeeaaaseee


also if this helps the firefox program and IE program are in the same place in C:\programs   like in any other PC

FoxyProxy is the best proxy manager to use with Firefox.  That is what I use with my PortableFirefox installation.

Theres a portable suite that has a version of tor that can be launched via your USB drive, and comes with portable Firefox.

(and i did google it and i got NADA cause my dumb pc cant use firefox or IE right so i hav to do it at school and i cant download there, sometimes google works thoe )
