THE FILERONT FIX

I am aware that most of us have trouble accessing FileFront for all kinds of things - mostly downloads, but in the case of EPIC, screenshots too. I have discovered that there is a simple workaround to this.

Method 1:
  Find your browser .exe and run it as another user.

Method 2:
  Log on as another user. The other day, I was able to access the EPIC screenshots from my brother's user.

Method 3:
  Use a different browser. I use Google Chrome, and FileFront won't go at all. I launch it in iexplore, it works fine.

i never had any problem with filefront

Regarding Google Chrome isnt that like a mixture of browsers of some sort?

So why don't you just clear your cookies in your browser w/ issue.

I don't tend to look as hard as you guys, I don't diagnose... though I'll recognise this for what it is next time =]

you should clear them out at least every week... hell i clear mine with ccleaner before i shut down, along with anything else that shudnt be there...

you can un-check the saved passwrods box (form data i believe)

It is ALWAYS something simple, like, reboot, reformat, or "you're screwed". See? Simple.

The Web Developer extension will allow you to erase cookies for a specific site. Theres probably extensions that are specifically designed for that, though.
