Ok, How do I get my MOD to use missions from LHMOD\missions instead of the missions folder?

Add that path before the Maps13 path in bzone.cfg
What box???

try not to edit bzone.cfg if you can help it tho.

best bet is to create a new CFG and run BZ2 from a commandline with /config lhmod.cfg or similar
