how do you add a picture to yer profile on here?

if anyone could tell me i would be truly grateful.

Click "Profile" at top of page. The click "Forum Profile Information". Then load your pic and save by clicking "Change profile" at bottom of page. Hint: if you load your own pic, it must be very small. Use Paint to re-size it first.
