I can't download anything from that site, when the file finishes i can't find it where I save it.

same place anything else saves. Where you're default directory is.

OR you could NOT be LAZY and hit Start > Search and type in "ODL1WinterB4c.zip"

That's not what I mean, the file isn't where I downloaded it to.

It doesnt matter, I got ODLwinter, but it crashes whenever I try to import a heightmap.

EDIT:NM, got it working.
