With the possibility of the QF in this, then yes, go for it and I will slot them in for a good space. Maybe the White Foxes can flee to a militia-controlled planet before they reach the Scions... though I guess 3B should have the final decision about where they come in, and how.

Maybe the White Foxes are captured by the QF. When the QF learn that the WFs are being hunted by the EDF, they release them and help them to escape by holding off the EDF fleet which was gaining on them.

Just remembered I was going to squeeze the nexus in somewhere, since the fact that it was Tartarus IV struck me as odd, whereabouts are Tartarus I, II and III... but I dropped that idea.

Yeah, its an idea for the CP.

I'm gonna work on the assets a little more, I think, so that if this storyline does get chosen we have plenty to go on to start with, and even if it doesn't get used directly they can become the basis for something else.
