I installed the qf mod for Battlezone II and it erased my singleplayer progress for stock Battlezone II. Any idea why?

No... because that can't possibly happen.

QF Mod save games and pilots are kept in an entirely different folder.
Others would merely say it was good humour.

My BZ2 mods:

QF2: Essence to a Thief - Development is underway.

Fleshstorm 2: The Harvest - Released on the 6th of November 2009. Got to www.bz2md.com for details.

QF Mod - My first mod, finished over a year ago. It can be found on BZ2MD.com

Red Devil

Check bzone.cfg and see if it is using the folders for the qf mod instead of the "pilot" and "saved" folders.
What box???

Commando

If you are using Mod Manager 5 to launch QF Mod, MM5 may not have properly restored your pilots folder.

Well it happened to me. Luckily i found out a cheat code that helped me to get back to the mission i was on for stock. Also when i tried to install the first time I noticed that the install path wanted to make a Battlezone II folder in my root folder.
