swap bzshell_login for bzshell_title as the initial screen?

Im trying to swap bzshell_login.cfg for bzshell_title.cfg as the initial .cfg file that comes up. Mainly because some variables are hard-coded to only work when in |ShellLogin, and i cant get around that.

I've looked through different configuration files and can't find anything that BZ2 looks for. I REALLY want to do this, so any help or pointers are helpful. I am fairly settled on it being impossible at the moment however...
