Ok so i told a friend about bz2 and now he wants to play it. Since i have probably the only copy of this game in my country, would it be ok to bring the disk over to his place and install there? And why?

Yes it is fine. The only problem lies with people trying to make money off of a licensed product. You are not doing that, so go for it.
