The 1.3 Community Project / Storyline Idea

I noticed several people are wanting a story from the Scions perspective.. why not have a Scion counterpart to the Blackdog Squad? ( not the original squad of course, FS) i.e. a Scion elite squad. Perhaps call them Shadow Dragoon?

Suggestions?

Ideas?

Critique?

I hope this spurs a storyline as I don't know enough about the Bz universe..

Kudos to all submitting storylines.

Now I know quite a few of the people here hate Halo 3 with a passion and thinks it's overrated.. which would be correct.

But to truly hate a game you have to try all of it and I did. I have absolute confidence that if the campaign doesn't make you loathe Halo, then the multiplayer will.
  It's frustratelying hard, and you'll often wonder how your supposed to win, when you face much more experienced players..


Your thoughts on Halo?

I had just installed Halo on my other computer and thought:

"Hey why not put it on a computer that can actually handle it's graphics!"

Only problem was none of the game folders would load and at some point I'd get the horrid BSOD... So my question is this.. can a CD-ROM fail?

Maps and Modding / VO Assistance

Hello all.  :-D

My microphone is busted so I was wondering if any of you guys could do a couple VO's for me.
(A couple meaning six) It's for a IA map I hope to release next week entitled Aquatic.  (Im having trouble understanding the scriptor, the release date unknown sorry.) :-(

Cast of Characters: Lt. Riley- Angry Irishman in charge.
Sgt. Harmon- Tough as nails, leader of squad Tango.
Pfc. Maine- The player and wingman of squad Tango.
Pfc. Wyoming- Other wingman.
Capt. Daniels- CO in the field, who later saves Tango.
Compton HQ- The faceless voice that gives you your orders.
Brig. Scott- Can't tell right now

If you interested in doing one of the characters PM me and I'll give you the corresponding lines. Thank you for your time. :-D

UPDATE: All VO's are now complete WHOO! Now to figure out that scriptor!  :-D

Battlezone 2 / Reinstall problem

I tried to reinstall BZ2 but for some reason when I click the reinstall button it doesn't respond... the cd is in the drive. What's wrong?

i was surprised to find that ANY unit on the enemy's side in IA. will sit there then attack you. even one's placed with the editor .
     For instance the following units: Zemod,Qfmod, other random vehicle packs and such... they usually go for the my  recycler, I thought that the aip plan designated what unit attacks what. i would think those vehicles would not be in stock_aip's.. Explain?



EDIT:This is probably a stupid question.. >_<

okay did GSH implement the "nasty tricks to cheaters" idea? right when i typed the radar cheat it said on console: "ERROR:command buffer overflow. Killing player :(  :x

okay no actual mods(unless their odf files count) i was playing Ia: Ground Zero i went into the editor and put in a couple Core drones  in a clearing about 5000 metres away.
I was watching the radar and all of a sudden the robots spread out and come my way when they get to me they act like they want to fire then i get a AV ingame..---- Battlezone II Log File ----

this is minor but something might be wrong with tga files...the factory and armory icons are replaced by the recycler icon...
this was in Instant Action this happen to anyone else?  :?
